Payments
Card Labs accepts:

VISA, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover payments using PayPal to confirmed addresses in the USA and Canada.

Certified bank cashier checks or money orders drawn on a recognized U.S. or Canadian bank.

VISA and Mastercard orders are accepted by telephone.
Please do not send credit card numbers by e-mail.

Personal or business checks will be accepted but the order will be delayed until the check clears. This can be 4 to 6 weeks for US banks. Canadian checks typically clear in 1 to 2 weeks.
Payments are accepted in US funds from anywhere and in Canadian funds from Canadian residents. Please contact us if you are shipping to a Canadian address for a quote in local funds.
To Order Using PayPal

You must have a verified PayPal account with a confirmed address in the U.S.A. or Canada. We only ship to the confirmed PayPal address.

Send a list of the items you would like to purchase to sales@cardlabs.com.

We will email you a PayPal payment request with a detailed list of the items and prices.

Follow the instructions in the email to complete the PayPal payment. You will be directed to the Paypal web site to complete the transaction.
To Order Using A Check
Please include the following information with a certified bank check or money order.

You can print a copy of the ordering form at the top of this page, fill it out, and enclose it with you order.
Make checks payable to “Card Labs”.
Add $8 USD to the total cost of the items to pay for regular parcel shipping (8-10 business days) or add $15 USD to the total cost of the items to pay for XpressPost-USA shipping (4-5 business days).
We will send an email confirmation when your order is received and when it is shipped.
If you are ordering items from our surplus parts page, please contact us to confirm that the items are still available and we will hold the items for up to 2 weeks until your payment arrives.

To Order Using VISA or Mastercard
Please phone us and we will collect your payment information. Do not send credit card information by email. If you prefer, you can send an order form before calling to provide most of the information.
We can only ship orders to the cardholder's credit card billing address.
Credit card payments are billed in Canadian funds. The amount shown on your credit card statement will typically be slightly lower than the order amount in US funds due to variations in the exchange rate. We calculate our exchange rate on the low side.
We will send an email confirmation when your order is received and when it is shipped.
Shipping
The shipping cost is $15 USD for XpressPost-USA or $8 USD for regular parcel post (confirmed delivery) for all orders to anywhere in the USA. Contact us for other shipment options.
All orders are shipped by Canada Post parcel post, XpressPost-USA, or XpressPost.
XpressPost-USA is delivered by the US Postal Service. XpressPost delivery time is typically 4 to 5 business days to the USA. Regular parcel post is typically 8 to 10 business days.
These are confirmed delivery services with on-line tracking. When your order is shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you.

Taxes
Card Labs does not collect taxes or any applicable customs duties or brokerage fees on orders to the USA.
Canadian orders will have 7% GST added.
Warranties
All orders are non-refundable.
Defective items may be repaired or exchanged as follows:
Card Labs manufactured items come with a 1 year warranty for manufacturing defects which includes parts & labor. The customer pays shipping to Card Labs and Card Labs pays for return shipping on warranty repairs. Please contact Card Labs before shipping items for repair.
Parts not manufactured by Card Labs may be exchanged for the equivalent part within 30 days of the original shipment if the part is defective. The customer pays shipping to Card Labs and Card Labs pays for return shipping on exchanges. Please contact Card Labs before shipping items for exchange.
Parts damaged due to incorrect application, misuse, or parts operated outside of the manufacturer’s stated ratings are not covered.
Privacy Policy
Card Labs will request your email address with your order to send progress information as your order is processed and to follow up on your order.
Card Labs will not use your email address to send advertising unless you have specifically requested us to. We will not share your personal information with any third party or sell the information in any manner.
